Hello,
I figure if anyone knows this and can explain it well, it's you.
Is there a way to kick while sidestepping? I was thinking about techniques for sidestepping and countering a charging opponent while at work today (yay washing dishes) and I know how to counter with a punch but am clueless as to how to counter with a kick. If there is a way, I'd like to request a tutorial video on youtube.
Please if anyone has any information about it please help me out, i've been trying to serach it everywhere but didnt find any proper solution for it, please if anyone has a proper and exact information please help me out
